Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024
Work closely with Digital or Campaign Analytics Leads to understand the most recent digital analytics offerings in pharmaceutical industry and what existing digital analytics capabilities are
Assess the gap and identify digital analytics opportunities for the team
Review digital media vendors’ products and understand media metrics and relevant data points provided by different vendors
Gain a good understanding of our company’s database and BI systems, “connecting the dots” between success metrics and relevant data points
Provide a summary document demonstrating the data gaps and provide requirements to data strategy team
Work collaboratively with the offshore analytics team who is responsible for vendor data mapping as needed to enhance the data capture
Candidates must have enrollment in either a bachelor’s or master’s degree program required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering
Candidates must have high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
Candidates must be fluent in SQL and Excel or have the ability to learn quickly on the job, as needed
Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills
Candidates must have strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
Candidates must have a positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others, in a dynamic working environment
Candidates must have an aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams
Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels and customer marketing
Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Under the guidance of the Digital Analytics Lead, this role will learn what industry-leading digital analytics offering is and what user experience on each vendor’s platform is. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying analytics opportunities and data gaps for digital analytics and transformation team. Your contribution will be critical to the HCP (Health Care Professional) omnichannel marketing success.

Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00
