      RBC Dominion Securities is looking to hire a Summer student to assist our branch in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. This role is entirely administrative and requires the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure of daily deadlines, and keep organized while working under frequent interruption and attention to detail.

      What will you do?

      The exact duties will depend on the demand of the advisory team:

      • Supporting the transition of clients to Dominion Securities
      • Data entry for our branch operations
      • Office organization including boxing up client files and reorganization of tech equipment
      • Processing documentation and performing various client on-boarding tasks
      • Reception duties – greeting clients and answering the main line
      • Supporting the IA teams as required
      • Assisting Advisory teams on projects assigned, that may include and not limited to
      • Collecting documentation from clients
      • Assisting in maintaining and organizing book of clients

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have

      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
      • Professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
      • Exceptional attention to detail and mature/positive attitude
      • Excellent people skills, ability to manage different personalities

      Nice-to-have

      • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook Mail/Calendar
      • Financial industry experience
      • Completion of CSC and CPH
