- Req#: R-0000071162
- Travelling to branches across Canada to support Salesforce migrations
- Meet with branch teams to support and assist in their individual switch between ClientView (old CRM) and Salesforce (new CRM).
- Will be provided with a migration "playbook" to help answer common migration questions when possible, or direct the questions to the appropriate channel
- Migration Specialists will be trained on Salesforce to help support set up of templates, reports, personalized views etc.
- When not travelling, Migration Specialists will provide phone and email support to migrating teams.
NOTE: This position requires mandatory travel across Canada as well as in-person office work. There will be opportunity to work from home when not travelling.Job Summary
Winter students will operate as Migration Specialists to help facilitate the switch from ClientView CRM tool to Salesforce within the branches. Winter students will travel to branches across Canada to help onboard employees to the new tool and triage support needs. When not in branches physically, Winter Students will support branches remotely (either in Head Office or from home).Job Description
