      JOB SUMMARY:

      The WSOP Temp Cage Supervisor is responsible for protecting company assets, adhering to company and departmental policies/procedures to include gaming regulations. Adhere to and practice customer service standards. Accurately handles customer exchanges for chips/cash equivalents for cash and all other associated cage functions. Cooperates with team members within the department, as well as with other departments. Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to:

      functions to include but not limited to:

      AML/Title 31

      Answer telephones

      Issue Caesars Rewards cards

      Wire transfers

      Chip redemptions

      Credit Card Transactions

      Numerous bank accountabilities

      Foreign chips

      POKER JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

      · Ability to work all Poker Cage transaction types

      · Process event registrations, payouts, and STS transactions in Bravo system

      · Live action and WSOP.com transactions

      · Safe Deposit Box issuance/returns

      · VIP Services

      Responsible for cashier accountability in all WSOP cages

      Assisting/verifying cashier transactions

      Assisting Main bank/Chip bank

      Assist in Voiding WSOP transactions

      Manage and process TBIC and Safekeeping

      Review and assist all AML transactions

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

      Ensure excellent guest service.

      Always present oneself as a credit to the department

      Manages overall shift operations

      Supervise and direct subordinate cage staff to include selection, training, discipline, scheduling and counseling

      Monitor and track employee files and documentation

      Evaluate employee performances, coaches and provides feedback

      Maintain cash, chips and cash equivalents on hand for cage operations

      Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the departmental and company guidelines.

      Protect company assets.

      Able to work and train all cage bank areas and functionalities

      Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, AML, T31, regulations, company policies and procedures for these areas of responsibility

      Provide assistance to other departments.

      Must be able to stand for long extended periods of time.

      Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

      Must be able to push/pull heavy carts on the casino floor.

      Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned area.

      Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment to include but not limited to: 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, photocopy machine.

      Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

      Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

      Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions

      Must be able to work entire length of WSOP

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      · Must be 21 years of age or older.

      · Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

      · Minimum of 3-5 years gaming experience preferred

      · Minimum of 1-2 years related supervisor experience preferred

      Knowledge of Title 31

      Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, friendly, and confident manner.

      Must be able to get along with fellow team members and work as a team.

      Must present a well-groomed appearance.

      Must be self-motivated and be able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.

      Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

      Good mathematical and clerical aptitude for accurate record keeping.

      Excellent customer service skills a must.

      Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license
