SUB PAY RATE: $215 Full Day / $107.50 Half Day/ Long Term (16th Day) $250.00Credentialed Teacher or Emergency 30 Day Substitute

- Substitute Permit from KCSOS or TCC
- Form titled "Information Necessary for Sub Teaching" completed by KCSOS
- Transcripts showing BA
- Resume
- Certification of Completion for Mandated Reporting (CANRA)
- Certification of Completion for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
- Certification of Completion for Heat Illness Prevention Training
- Two letters of recommendation
Plus
- Physical Form - TB Results Form (not more than 60 days old on Dr.'s letterhead with signature and license #) - DOJ Fingerprint Clearance from KCSOS – and Receipt for 30-day Emergency Permit w/TCC
