What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply techniques such as customer segmentation, optimization, and predictive analytics to solve business problems
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage multiple priorities while communicating business performance and project progress to management
- Develop and automate reports, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Follow standard work processes while recommending improvements to increase efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Sciences, or a related field
- Must be available for in-office work three days a week, including at Discover Headquarters in Riverwoods, IL
