      KKR's 2025 Full-Time Analyst Program is an opportunity for you to join a leading global investment firm, directly out your undergraduate career.

      We are recruiting for a Full-Time Analyst for KKR in our San Francisco office in our Real Estate Equity business. While the role will differ slightly across teams, Analysts will be involved in helping identify attractive investment themes and opportunities, synthesizing industry and market data and analyzing potential investments.

      Real Estate Equity

      KKR Real Estate Private Equity invests in real estate property, companies, and platforms across asset classes and the risk-return spectrum. KKR Real Estate Private Equity uses a thematic approach to evaluate opportunities globally with over $71Bn currently under management. A Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at KKR will have the opportunity to gain a unique investment experience and develop an advanced and broad real estate/financial skill set. An Analyst will be integrally involved with many aspects of the real estate investment process, including: analyzing potential acquisition and development opportunities in commercial and residential real estate; contributing to key diligence work streams including financial modeling, gathering and synthesizing industry/market data, and coordinating with legal, tax and commercial diligence advisors; and assisting with monitoring/executing business plans for existing real estate investments. KKR Real Estate Private Equity is looking for candidates eager to be a part of a high-growth platform who are team-oriented with a passion for investing and a demonstrated interest in real estate.

      Primary Qualifications and Skills:

      • Anticipated graduation date from an undergraduate program in Winter 2024/Spring 2025
      • Outstanding academic record
      • Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
      • Self-starter; comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
      • Ability to learn quickly with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation

      This is the expected annual base salary range for this San Francisco-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
      Base Salary Range
      $100,000 $110,000 USD
