The program offers a structured training curriculum, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership. Successful completion of the two-year program opens avenues for advancement within our company.

  • Start date: July (2 year programme)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
  • Location: Basildon, Essex (office based)
  • Salary: £32,000 + attractive sign on bonus

  Resource Planning Analyst

  The Graduate Trainee role is designed for recent graduates who are looking to kickstart their careers in the financial services and technology industry. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the various functions within Fiserv.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of client solutions and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Participate in training programs designed to develop technical and soft skills.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences.
  • Support day-to-day operations while learning about the financial services landscape.

  Qualifications:

  • Be a 2025 graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to learning and seeking new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with technology and an interest in innovation in financial services is a plus.
