      Are you enthusiastic about financial markets? Do you aspire to build a career in Investment Banking?

      We are offering internship opportunities in Investment Banking, with open positions in IB Pool, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and local or international Debt Capital Markets (DCM).

      As an Investment Banking intern, you will gain firsthand experience and:
      • support the team in the execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions.
      • conduct sector research and analysis
      • support analysts in the development of financial models
      • assist in the presentations related to projects and pitchbooks

      Your team

      You will be working in the Global Banking team based in São Paulo at UBS BB. UBS BB is a Joint Venture between UBS, one of the largest banking institutions globally and Banco do Brasil, the largest bank in the country. IB Pool: work across multiple sectors, gaining broad exposure to M&A and ECM advisory, financial modeling and strategic discussions; DCM: support the structing and execution of debt offerings, including bonds and other fixed-income instruments; ECM: collaborate on equity transactions, IPOs, and follow-on offerings, helping clients navigate capital raising process.

      Your expertise

      • students of Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or Economics with graduation date by Dec/25 or Dec/26
      • solid skills in Microsoft Office – specially in Excel and Power Point
      • advanced or Fluent English skills
      • availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
      • excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities
      • accounting and corporate finance knowledge will be a differential
      • strong attention to details and focus
