      Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. During our Spring Insight Programme you will be given a phenomenal opportunity to experience first-hand Citi's culture, business divisions, employees and networks.

      Our Spring Insight Programme will run for 4 days in person at our London office. You must be available to attend all 4 days. Programme dates to be confirmed.

      Your time here will look something like this…

      We want you to get the most out of this programme. You can expect to be paired up with a Citi mentor and participate in team meetings, projects, and presentations. As part of the mentoring process, you will also have the ability to work shadow and network. We want you to experience life at Citi, so when you join us in our summer, placement, and graduate programmes you will know what to expect and what a career at Citi looks like.

      We want to hear from you if…

      • You are in your 1st year of a 3 year course or 2nd year of a 4 year undergraduate course.

      We're looking for motivated individuals, who are eager to learn and experience working in a global organization. We’ll also be looking for the following:

      • Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry

      • Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas

      • Commitment to personal growth and career development

      • Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
