- Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
- Must be willing to relocate for this position AND upon completion of the program
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering or related field
- Have a previous Co-Op/Internship experience within Sherwin Williams
- Have a previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.?
- Have experience with continuous improvement tolls such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
The Operations Supervisor ADP is “hosted” by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities.

Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Operations Manager within Production and Warehousing Operation functions including:
Assisting with planning daily work scheduled
Participate in continuous improvement projects and six sigma training
Support site safety programs
Understanding sites accounting and billing departments for production
Working with the filling department and filling supervision needs
Maintenance & engineering of site equipment and operating procedures to be able to identify and resolve any defect in equipment or products
Understand inventory, routing, and shipping procedures
Human resources exposure: coordinate and plan employee training, development, performance management, and corrective actions.
Supervision of Site Operating teams
Exposure to timekeeping and production control systems
After completion of the first 9 months of the program, the employee will gain a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Acting Supervisor within the warehouse or production plant completing 2 months in each shift (3 total).
