- Pursuing degrees that major in Information Technology with a Business, Accounting, or Finance minor OR degrees that major in Business, Accounting, or Finance with an Information Technology/Computer Science minor or similar
- Technical aptitude, including technology coursework or relevant work experience
- Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change
- Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!
- The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote)
- Insurance Industry knowledge
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) Knowledge
- Interest in learning about product management and agile practices
- Students who apply Must be returning to school for at least one semester the following summer internship.
- The internship will occur between May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025
- Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
- Selected interns will work 38.75 hours/week.
- Qualified and competitive candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process, with selected candidates progressing through two rounds of interviewing.
- Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!
- Work Arrangement:
- Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events!
- Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
- Hub Locations: Bloomington, Illinois or Richardson, TX
