      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Problem-solve using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to analyze and synthesize data
      - Communicate analytical results effectively to peers and project leaders
      - Review and provide feedback on the work of fellow interns
      - Prepare and document project files for ongoing and completed projects
      - Assist with research and business development initiatives within the healthcare sector

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum current GPA of 3.0, with preference for candidates achieving a 3.5 or higher
      - Pursuing a degree in a STEM-related discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
      - Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software
      - Experience with database applications such as Access or VBA
      - Proficiency in computer and statistical programming using SAS, Python, and/or R

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with healthcare or health data
      - Familiarity with large-scale machine learning tools/platforms such as DataBricks
      - Experience with cloud computing technologies
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Expected graduation date no later than June 2026 from an accredited university
