      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Problem-solve using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to clean, synthesize, and analyze data
      - Communicate results to peers and project leaders effectively
      - Review and provide feedback on the work of peers
      - Prepare and document project files for future reference
      - Assist with research and business development projects within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum current GPA of 3.0, with preference for candidates with a 3.5 or higher
      - Pursuing a degree in a STEM-related discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
      - Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software
      - Experience with database applications such as Access and VBA
      - Proficiency in computer and statistical programming, including SAS, Python, and/or R

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with healthcare or health data
      - Familiarity with large-scale machine learning tools/platforms such as DataBricks
      - Experience with cloud computing technologies
      - Ability to work independently on projects
      - Expected to graduate no later than June 2027 from an accredited university
