      Job Description

      The Field Tools and Analytics Intern will be located at our corporate headquarters in Lake County, IL within AbbVie’s Commercial Therapeutics Analytics & Operations.

      The Field Planning & Analytics Team (FPAT) function partners with AbbVie’s US organization and is comprised of highly respected analytical and field operational talent strategists who are committed to being best-in-class within the biopharmaceutical industry.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the idea of owning workstreams, acting as the key point of contact.

      • Effectively prioritize across competing sales planning projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and demonstrating strong project management abilities.

      • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance/improve existing process/outputs.

      • Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance and communications of field facing solutions.

      • Provide reporting and analytics on capability to business and Associate Director level stakeholders

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor's preferably with a focus in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field

      • Expected graduation date between December 2026 June 2027

      • Strong analytical skills

      • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot table, charts, macros, etc.) and all components of MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

      • Experience with SQL, Snowflake and/or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions

      • Exceptionally demonstrated interpersonal skills

      • Proven leadership skills

      • Previous internship experiences
