      The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

      This 2026 summer intern will support the Global Scientific Training (GST) team in the Center for Scientific Exchange Excellence. The intern will assist with various projects to support scientific training development as assigned, including but not limited to video chaptering, transcript creation, AI-based summarization, and slide deck development. This role offers hands-on experience in the creation of training development and digital training content management.

      Internship duration: 12 weeks

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist in segmenting and chaptering training videos for easier navigation

      • Create accurate transcripts of video content

      • Utilize AI tools to generate concise summaries of scientific materials and learning reinforcement questions

      • Develop and enhance slide decks to support training presentations

      • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

      Education requirement:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

      Required experience/skills:

      • Good written and verbal communication skills

      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      • Microsoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiency

      Preferred experience/skills:

      • Experience using generative AI

      • Healthcare professional degree students (PharmD, MD NP, PA, etc.) and/or PhD candidates

      Salary range:

      The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
