Working on the trade-on and sale of distressed entities
Helping with the preparation of and attending creditors meetings
Assisting with conducting investigations into the demise of companies and compiling reports to ASIC and creditors as to the affairs of companies
Liaising with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers and lenders
Financial modelling to be used in reports such as financial due diligence and business reviews
Working to optimise working capital to release additional cash in companies
Assisting in business transformation strategies of the client including business process and reporting improvements
Assigned buddy and coach to ensure a smooth transition to working life
On-the-job training and coaching
Support in undertaking an appropriate accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA)

You will be part of our Graduate Development Program – a learning curriculum designed to meet your needs
Accounting or Finance degree and an interest in obtaining a CA qualification
Soft skills, such as empathy and respect: the ability to understand and recognise clients’ needs and work well with our people
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Good lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Some work or internship experience
This role will require travel to client and FTI offices
