What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements to maintain accurate financial records
- Set up supplier requests and process check requests for invoice payments and staff reimbursements
- Submit journal entries to ensure proper balancing and allocation of financial records
- Communicate effectively with camp staff, team members, and customers via phone and email
- Attend training and events as required, including the May Program Training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to participate in the entirety of the 2026 camp season, from mid-May to early August, with the option to extend
- Enrollment in or completion of an Accounting, Finance, or related program of study
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study or possession of a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting or financial support roles
