What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs
- Assist in creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories
- Analyze data and prepare recommendations highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Actively participate in project meetings, capturing notes, and ensuring progress is communicated clearly
- Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days from February 9 to April 17, 2026
- Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry-level candidates with up to two years of work experience
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity about processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome)
- A passion for books is highly valued
- Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated to take on new challenges
