Job Description

- Attend internal and external training timely and ensure completeness based on prescribed guidelines
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, such as verifying documents, analysis of data, responding to queries on email, inputting data into client applications, etc.
- Execute transactions within required targets – Timeliness & Quality standards
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Handle re-work / review as needed of processed transactions
- Share experience/feedback based on observation to improve process documentation or teams’ knowledge
- Manage you time well – Attendance, schedule adherence and reachable during shift hours
- Update individual tracking and performance reports as required by the process
- Participate in reviews, help manager to resolve escalations
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 0-6 months of related work experience
- Six months to 1 year of overall experience
- Experience in BPO / Healthcare would be an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Able to use MS-Office for necessary tracking of work completed and creating reports from the same
- The primary scope of work would be data entry of provider demographic details in the client platform with high accuracy
