    • Knowledgeable regarding relevant learning technology and proficient in its use;
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
    • Experience and proficiency in the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning;
    • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.

      Position: 2nd Grade Teacher - LTS

      Dates: August 25, 2025-Oct 24, 2025

      Location: Somerset Elementary School

      Salary: Per the 2023-2025 Teachers' Master Agreement

      Qualifications:
      • Minnesota Elementary Education License (K-6);
      • Exceptional classroom management skills;
      • Ability to develop a safe classroom community;
      • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, staff, administration and the general public;
      • Knowledgeable regarding relevant learning technology and proficient in its use;
      • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
      • Experience and proficiency in the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning;
      • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
