Job Description

- Performs inventory of products each day.
- Unloads trucks as received. Checks the quantity of products received against the packing list. Reports any discrepancies to supervisor.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage, or to other designated areas.
- Stacks products in the cooler in the correct order to ensure proper rotation of product.
- It is the responsibility of all employees to follow our safety protocols at all times, including but not limited to, using the appropriate tools for the appropriate tasks, maintaining a safe working environment, educating yourself on rules, hazards, and safe practices in your workplace, communicating unsafe practices or conditions, and assisting others as necessary to ensure safe practices are maintained.
- Marks rows with product numbers and code dates.
- Loads route trucks as indicated on the daily load request and verifies the order by double checking the quantity.
- Keeps work area clean, orderly and in safe condition at all times.
This is 2nd Shift - 12pm-8:30pm- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 HRS before or after scheduled shift.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, written or oral instructions. Ability to resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Performing this position will require lifting up to 50 pounds and pulling up to 200 pounds. Ability to work in and adjust to fluctuating temperatures in work environment is required.
