      Hourly Production Workers are the backbone of our Company.u00A0u00A0 They perform a key role with ensuring that our products are consistently manufactured safely and the specifications of our customers. They are responsible for completing mandatory safety trainings applicable to their specific job assignments, complete all required Food Safety/GMP trainings and assist with product reconditioning as needed or directed.u00A0

      As an organization, we do our best to ensure that our Hourly Production workers are able to master their assigned roles before moving on to other positions within the facility, but that is not always possible.u00A0 Ideal candidates for these positions must be agile and willing to shift focus and energies as the business demand changes.u00A0

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESu00A0

      Use an assortment of tools t o perform job tasksu00A0

      Operate heavy equipmentu00A0

      Bag and Box productu00A0

      Must use proper personal protective equipment effectivelyu00A0

      Expected to work hands-on at high speed and times to lift over 50 poundsu00A0

      Must keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocolsu00A0

      Inspect meat or meat products and/or packagingu00A0

      Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazardu00A0

      At least 3 months of relevant experience (Manufacturing, Construction, etc.) within the last 5 yearsu00A0
      Work regularly in temperatures are near or below freezing (Coolers, Loading Dock Freezer)

      Work in damp or cold conditions (20-30 Degrees-Fabrication)u00A0

      Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 50 lbs.u00A0

      Work with sharp knives or a cutting toolu00A0

      Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary u00A0u00A0

      Available to work Days and Nightsu00A0

      Willing and capable of working Saturdaysu00A0

      LIFTING/ PUSHING/PULLING u2013 10 lbs. -50 lbs. productionu00A0

      REACHING u2013 Reaching for product on the conveyor belt with hooks, reaching for boxes, or bagsu00A0

      STANDING u2013 Constant standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, 6 days a week (Loading dock 7 days as needed per schedule.) (2 allowed breaks are scheduled based on the union contract and operational requirements.)u00A0
