Hourly Production Workers are the backbone of our Company.u00A0u00A0 They perform a key role with ensuring that our products are consistently manufactured safely and the specifications of our customers. They are responsible for completing mandatory safety trainings applicable to their specific job assignments, complete all required Food Safety/GMP trainings and assist with product reconditioning as needed or directed.u00A0

As an organization, we do our best to ensure that our Hourly Production workers are able to master their assigned roles before moving on to other positions within the facility, but that is not always possible.u00A0 Ideal candidates for these positions must be agile and willing to shift focus and energies as the business demand changes.u00A0
