High School (Min.) or GED, some college preferred

Duties
- Receive, & organize orders and load information from loading dock
- Input shipment information into computer via WMI, Shiraz and SAP systems
- Process carrier bills of lading & vender billing
- Provide information by answering questions and requests via phone, fax & e-mail
- Data entry using vendor internet web sites
- Maintain quality by following organizational standards

Training
- PC MS Windows, Word, Excel, non-Windows based programs
- Knowledge of shipping documents is a plus
- Able to use MS Outlook for E-Mail
- General office duties
- Multi-line telephone
- Various office machines

- Organized, detail oriented, responsive and able to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills / fluent English
- Able to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Good judgment and decision making
- Able to follow directions accurately with little supervision

- 1-2 years in a logistical related office environment
