- Build and cultivate internal and external relationships to promote and grow the business.
- Oversee and hold team accountable to business plans while focusing on results and measurements which may include negotiating, contract signing and other duties as an officer of the company.
- Direct and influence associate and business resources to achieve business results.
- Collaborate to create a strategic vision around the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Monitor the external markets to ensure competitiveness
- Act as an enterprise contributor by partnering with leaders throughout the organization on cross-division initiatives.
- Provide direction on complex problem resolution and escalated issues.
- Collaborate with other internal Retirement Plan associates/leaders to build a culture of collaboration, strategic planning and ownership each day.
- Manage the development of service training programs that ensure all service related associates have the ability to assist clients with initial and ongoing plan administration questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of present legislation and proposed legislation changes regarding ERISA law.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 7-10 years of retirement plan related experience required.
- 4-7 years of management or leadership experience required.

Position Description:
The position is accountable for leading the execution of strategic initiatives for service delivery that achieves long-term customer loyalty. As the leader of a large team or multiple teams, this position designs programs to ensure attainment of business plan results for growth and guides the vision and structure for the service operations unit. This position includes leadership over Retirement Plan Service Consultants that focus on consultative and administrative interactions with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators (TPAS) and advisors. This position also includes leadership over the Retirement Services Participant Call Center. This position interacts with organizational leaders to build support through discussion and compromise. This role requires a strong knowledge of Retirement Plan Administration (including but not limited to): all plan life cycle events of retirement plans and understanding client responsibilities with ERISA/IRS/DOL regulations.
Position Location:
This role could be hybrid (Lincoln, NE or Cincinnati, OH) or remote (U.S.A.) based on proximity to an office location.
