What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assisting the crew on the press, performing setup and production activities
- Quality checking products, completing transactions, and tagging products
- Filling in for Lead and Mid-Level Operators as needed
- Monitoring equipment and product quality, documenting activities on Tier Boards
- Using safety equipment to comply with regulations and ensuring a culture of safety

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or higher, vocational/technical degree preferred
- Experience in an industrial setting with production machinery
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Understanding of electrical safety and safe work practices
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a maintenance and troubleshooting technician in an industrial setting
