PERFORMS ACCOUNTING FOR HIGHEST COMPLEXITY ACCOUNTS AND TRANSACTIONS INCLUDING INTERFACING WITH ACCOUNTING POLICY AND RESEARCH PERSONNEL TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING CONCLUSIONS.
ANALYZES COMPLEX ACCOUNTS AND PREPARES RECONCILIATIONS AND INFORMATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
ASSISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF COMPANY-WIDE TRAINING AND PRESENTATIONS ON BUSINESS PROCESSES AND CONTROLS ASSOCIATED WITH FINANCIAL REPORTING.
ANALYZES KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, AND SYSTEMS AND RECOMMENDS STRATEGIES FOR BALANCING STRONG INTERNAL CONTROLS WITH IMPROVED EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PROCESS SIMPLIFICATION, STREAMLINING, AND STANDARDIZATION.
STAYS ABREAST OF SEC RULES AND INTERPRETATIONS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE SARBANES-OXLEY ACT, PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND GUIDANCE FROM AUTHORITATIVE SOURCES SUCH AS THE AICPA; AND INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES FOR PROCESS DESIGN, ANALYSIS, AND DOCUMENTATION.
