Job Description

- The 340B Program Analyst performs the 340B administrator duties by evaluating the appropriateness of 340B purchases and dispensations in the retail and hospital pharmacies.
- The Administrator evaluates 340B purchases and dispensations with any contract pharmacy(ies) active.
- The Administrator gathers data for routine meetings with pharmacy leadership, finance and the local compliance officer.
- Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (KY hospitals), within 30 days of hire date if you are a new registrant. If previously registered you must have registration upon hire.
- Registration with Indiana Board of Pharmacy (IN hospitals) within 30 days of hire date if you are a new registrant. If previously registered, you must have registration upon hire.
- Nationally certified as a pharmacy technician preferred.
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) education is highly encouraged to be initiated after completing first six months in role and have certification test passed by end of first year within role. Effective 9/1/2022
- Experience in 340B compliance standards preferred.
- Knowledge of 340B split billing software(s) preferred.
- Experience with Excel preferred.
- Analytics background highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as good oral and written communication skills
