      Job Overview

      Fairview is hiring for a 340B Operations and Client Manager! Come join a rewarding team - this role is a fully remote, 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/2 weeks) working Monday-Friday!

      As the 340B Operations and Client Manager, your primary focus will be to enhance operational efficiency. You’ll achieve this by analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading ad hoc Lean/process improvement projects. Applying Lean Six Sigma principles, you’ll work to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement. In addition to process optimization, you’ll play a crucial role in strategic planning, communications and project management. This involves developing engagement initiatives and facilitating discussions among 340B VP direct reports. Your responsibilities extend beyond process analysis to team and employee engagement, program leadership and stakeholder engagement. Your ultimate goal is to ensure alignment with objectives and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

      Job Expectations:

      Lean/Process Analysis and Improvement:

      • Lead ad hoc Lean/process improvement projects
      • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
      • Identify root causes of process issues, eliminating waste, and driving continuous improvement.
      • Manage and coordinate special projects

      Strategic Planning:

      • Plan and facilitate annual strategic planning process and develop roadmaps
      • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives

      Team/ Employee Engagement:

      • Develop engagement plans and initiatives
      • Oversee task management and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
      • Facilitate discussions amongst 340B Stakeholders to foster a positive work environment

      Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Identify and engaging key stakeholders (internally and externally).
      • Collaborate with senior leadership, 340B stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and partners.
      • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, monitoring throughout projects and foster engagement.

      Project Portfolio Management:

      • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and communication tools.
      • Oversee the execution of projects.
      • Deliver high-quality solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
      • Manage project resources (staffing assignments, skill development, capacity planning).
      • Lead change management efforts to facilitate organizational transformations

      Organization Expectations, as applicable:

      • Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
        • Communicates in a respectful manner.
        • Ensures a safe, secure environment.
        • Modifies clinical interventions based on population served.

        • Performs other duties as assigned.

        Minimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities:

        Required

        Education

        Bachelor’s Degree in business, pharmacy, health care or related field or equivalent experience.

        Experience

        Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and priorities including experience leading projects in a remote environment

        Progressive knowledge of pharmacy, dispensing systems, EMR and 340B

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

        The ideal candidate will have a passion for 340B and process improvement

        License/Certification/Registration

        Ability to obtain Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 24 months

        Ability to obtain Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent within 24 months

        Preferred

        Education

        MBA/MHA or PharmD degree

        Experience

        Completion of a pharmacy residency program, administration and leadership residency preferred, but not required.

        340B project experience

        Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Visio or Process Mapping tools

        License/Certification/Registration

        PMP (Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute or equivalent

        The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
