      Overview

      This position is responsible for being the primary 340B Program coordinator and liaison for 340B-related matters. This position serves as the hospitals compliance expert on 340B Program details, policies, and procedures. The coordinator will provide oversight and leadership from the department of pharmacy for the 340B Program.
      Qualifications

      Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy. PharmD or equivalent education and hospital or ambulatory training / experience required. PGY2 residency or equivalent experience preferred. Three to five years-experience in a relevant practice area will be considered equivalent to each year of residency training. Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certification preferred, if not, shall be completed within one year of hire date. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior hospital leadership, medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff, pharmacy residents, and students is required. Knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations. Ability to integrate clinical services, and educational activities is required. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required): Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered pharmacist in Florida or eligible for same.
