Base Salary range: $61,500-$101,700 (see attached for details)

Eligibility for Florida certification is required. Certification in Biology 6-12 is preferred. How to become FL certified in Biology (grades 6-12):

• Frequently accepted undergraduate and graduate majors for a Florida temporary educator certificate include: Bacteriology, Biology, Biological Sciences, Biomechanics, Botany, Dentistry, Doctor of Medicine, Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Genetics, Kinesiology, Life Science, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Zoology, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy.
• For any other bachelor's or higher degree major, pass the subject area exam in Biology 6–12. To schedule a test appointment visit http://www.fl.nesinc.com/FL_Register.asp. • If you hold a valid, out-of-state, professional educator's certificate, apply for FL reciprocity.
