      Salary: Base Salary ranges from $62,100 to $102,300, commensurate with experience.

      Leave: Teachers who start in August earn a total of 10 days of sick leave during the year.

      Eligibility for Florida certification is required. FL certification in Elementary Education (Grades K-6) or Prekindergarten/Primary Education (age 3 through grade 3) is a prerequisite for teaching in field. The Bureau of Educator Certification has developed instructional videos to guide applicants through the certification process, covering topics such as Florida’s Online Educator Certification System Set-up and the Florida Teacher Certification Application.
