      The Broadband Device (BBD) Business Unit leads global access device development, focusing on technical excellence and high-quality products for Fixed Networks. Our R&D team in Athens is responsible for designing, verifying, and maintaining new FWA 5G solutions before global deployment.

      Qualifications

      Your Skills and Experience:

      • BSc or MSc in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
      • Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
      • Experience with shell scripting and Python.
      • Familiarity with software versioning systems such as Git, GitLab, and Gerrit.
      • Good knowledge of test automation frameworks/tools like Robot, Selenium.
      • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Grafana.
      • Knowledge of 3GPP, TCP/IP, 4G/5G radio or packet core, TR-143, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SNMP, Modem Cellular Wan, EthWan, and L2/L3 networking protocols.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
      • High dedication to teamwork, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a multinational environment.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
      • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem mitigation.

      Nice to Have:

      • +3 years of experience in Software Integration & Verification.
      • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
      • Knowledge of Telecom Security or Networking domains with experience in Cellular WAN Networks.
      • Experience or understanding of C/C++ software development.

      Responsibilities

      • Implement and execute module tests to ensure software quality.
      • Define and execute feature integration and verification test scopes based on new feature requirements.
      • Automate feature test cases and enhance testing efficiency.
      • Supervise, expand, and optimize the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
      • Contribute to documentation, test reports, and process improvements.
      • Investigate and reproduce customer reported issues efficiently
      • Reproduce and analyze error cases in a lab environment.
      • Develop new methodologies and tools to enhance testing quality and efficiency.

  • About the company
