  ワーナーブラザーススタジオツアー東京 ‐メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッターの紹介

  今回、同グループに新たに加わるのは、ハリー・ポッターと魔法の世界の魅力的な舞台裏に足を踏み入れることができる屋内型アトラクション「ワーナー・ブラザース スタジオツアー東京～メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター～」（WBSTT）です。スタジオツアー東京では、「ハリー・ポッター」や「ファンタスティック・ビースト」がどのように作られたのか、理解を深めることができる特別なエキスペリエンスを提供します。映画の象徴的なセット、衣装や小道具をはじめ、魔法のような体験など、映画のシーンを直接楽しみながら、世界中で愛されている本シリーズがどのようにしてスクリーンに命を吹き込まれたかを知ることができる屋内型アトラクションです。（乗り物はありません）

  テーマパークとは異なり、スタジオツアーでは、映画のセットに入り込み、エキサイティングなエンターテインメントを楽しむことができます。このようなツアーは世界で2つ目であり、大成功を収めたワーナー・ブラザース・スタジオ・ツアー・ロンドン（WBSTL）をベースとしたものとなります。

  ご希望と適正により配属を決定

  ●Visitor Experience（ビジター エクスペリエンス）

  ü スタジオ内でビジターに対して、映画撮影の舞台裏やハリー・ポッターにまつわるストーリーを提供する“ストーリーテラー”

  ü 来場されたビジターを最初に迎え入れ、ビジターが楽しんでスタジオツアーを体験できるようにサポートする。屋外（駐車場）での対応を含む

  ●Retail （リテール）

  ü ビジターに対して「商品」を通じて“体験”としての買い物体験を楽しんで頂くサポートをする

  主な業務内容

  ビジターエクスペリエンス（Show Experience, Admission）

  主にスタジオツアーに参加するビジターのチケット予約、カスタマーセンターでの電話対応、当日のスタジオツアーでのサービスの提供を行います

  スタジオツアーに来場するビジターのニーズを把握し、ホスピタリティ溢れるサービスの提供を行うチームです

  l ワーナー・ブラザース・スタジオ・ツアー・東京、メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッターの運営において、与えられた役割を担い、すべての来場者を温かく迎え入れる

  l ハリー・ポッターの映画に関する知識、映画制作の知識、スクリプト化されたサポートシートなどを使って、来場者が一日を最大限に楽しめるよう積極的にサポートする

  l スタジオとビジターの間に立ち、ガイドラインに沿って、適切な場面で、ビジターが必要とする情報を提供する

  l 両者のアンバサダーとして、フレンドリーで親切、かつ知識豊富なインターフェイスを提示すること

  l お客様との対話を通じて、ニーズを把握し、対応する

  リテール（Retail）

  スタジオツアーでの小売店、レストラン、写真、オーディオガイドサービスなどの収益活動を管理し、全ての収益オペレーションにおいて常に最適なレベルのサービスを提供します

  l ツアーに参加されたお客様に最適な最高水準のサービスを提供する

  l ビジュアルスタンダードを維持し、効果的な在庫管理をサポートすること

  l 最高のおもてなしでお客様をお出迎えし、最良のショッピング体験をお届けする

  l お客様との対話を通じて、ニーズを把握し、対応する

  l 商品知識を常にアップデートし、商品の特徴やメリットについて自信をもってお客様に説明する

  l 迅速かつ効率的に会計を行い、売上を計上する

  勤務時間・曜日:

  7:00～23:00 (シフト制)

  ＜シフト例＞

  週30-36時間…週4～5日程度

  西武池袋線・大江戸線 豊島園駅 徒歩5分
