What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Perform follow-up calls for individuals at moderate to high risk for suicide
- Adhere to ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation requirements
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals
- Skill in crisis intervention and knowledge of suicide assessments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a crisis intervention role or related mental health services
- Familiarity with community resources for mental health support
- Certification in crisis intervention techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
