What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments
- Respond to crisis contacts via chat/text to assess suicide risk and safety
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals identified as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards and accreditation
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a mental health crisis or suicide prevention setting
- Familiarity with community resources for service linkage and referrals
- Previous participation in training related to trauma-informed care
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
