      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the 988 program, including consultations and debriefing for staff
      - Create and maintain a remote training platform for staff support and supervision
      - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and conduct training logistics
      - Monitor staff compliance with Lifeline Best Practices and agency policies
      - Track metrics and trends to improve performance and ensure quality assurance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, counseling, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
      - Washington state credentialing required upon hire
      - Excellent computer skills and ability to utilize technology for remote supervision
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Training in suicide prevention and crisis intervention is strongly preferred
      - Experience communicating via instant messaging platforms
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and job duties
