    • POSITION OVERVIEW: 9th Grade Social Studies Teacher - Portland High

      Portland High School is seeking a dynamic Social Studies teacher to work on a 9th Grade Interdisciplinary team. Teachers must collaborate with SS grade 9 colleagues and team members on a regular basis. Team duties include creating and sustaining common classroom practices and assessments, monitoring student achievement, and teaching literacy and social studies standards. Teaching assignment includes sections of World History and possibly Freshman Seminar.
