      Job Title: A&P Mechanic

      Job Description

      As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a fleet of corporate jets. You will manage accurate maintenance records and perform maintenance planning while providing management oversight of inspections, repairs, and modifications as assigned. Your role encompasses tip-to-tail maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of aircraft functionality and safety.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on Citation and Hawker jets.
      • Manage and maintain precise maintenance records in compliance with FAA and company standards.
      • Plan, coordinate, and oversee inspections, repairs, and aircraft modifications.
      • Conduct full nose-to-tail maintenance to ensure optimal safety and performance.
      • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

      Essential Skills

      • Valid A&P License
      • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
      • Strong knowledge of line maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection processes.
      • Familiarity with phase maintenance and FAA/aviation regulatory standards.
      • Knowledge of turboprop and avionic systems.
      • Experience with Corporate Aircraft is a plus.

      Work Environment

      Work in a clean aircraft hangar environment. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10% overtime. The role demands attention to detail in a sensitive environment.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
