Learning Opportunity:
Intern will work alongside the A&R Coordinator to learn the in’s and out’s of an A&R team. Intern will be immersed in team meetings, work on different projects and do research on current worship trends.
Internship Description:
Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they serve as the primary liaison between the operations and A&R teams to ensure timely releases, being intentional about impact on revenue generation/profitability.
Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they provide coordinated support to the VP Label Group, A&R team and Visual Communications, setting meetings, following up Asana tasks, etc.Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they Collaborate with the publishing team to develop and maintain an accurate repository in Songspace for artist and project song deliverables.
Research current worship trends and CCLI top lists using a given format.

Internship Working Conditions:
1. Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
2. Working environment – Co-working spaces with some noise
3. Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
4. Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical

Formal Education: Must be enrolled in a university.

Equipment Knowledge: Office Applications, Google Suite, Songspace
