What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach multiple concurrent classes in accordance with teaching practices identified in the Faculty Handbook
- Assist in developing and maintaining the quality and integrity of the doctoral program
- Participate in and lead task forces and committees to maximize service quality effectiveness and efficiency
- Serve on dissertation committees and maintain strong relationships with college staff, faculty, and students
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to support student development and progression

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree in a field related to the content of the academic program
- Five (5) years of recent and proven experience in a field related to the content of the academic program
- One to three (1-3) years experience teaching and leading student projects
- Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience teaching at the masters level with a proven track record of student success
- Knowledge of adult education principles/practices, curriculum development, and academic content area

- Proven experience as a scholar, practitioner, leader in an industry relative to the doctoral degree program
- Familiarity with adult education experience
- Experience with doctoral-level education
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
