      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach multiple concurrent classes in accordance with teaching practices identified in the Faculty Handbook and by CoDS and University administration
      - Assist in developing and maintaining the quality and integrity of the CoDS' respective doctoral program
      - Participate in and lead task forces and committees, representing and addressing academic concerns with campus leadership
      - Serve on dissertation committees in an assigned role as a chair, university research methodologist or panel validator
      - Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, to support student development and progression

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, Education Policy, or Higher Education Administration
      - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in K-12 or higher education, or 1 year of teaching educational leadership in higher education
      - Must have a current graduate scholarship on file
      - Proven experience as a scholar, practitioner, or leader in one of the industries relative to the doctoral degree program
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with adult education experience
      - Experience with doctoral-level education
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities
      - Scholarly engagement within the last five years
