What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the A/B and multivariate testing processes from initiation to analysis
- Gather and communicate testing requirements and timelines to business units and partners
- Analyze test results using statistical methods to provide actionable recommendations
- Define new testing opportunities and maintain the testing roadmap
- Document results and trends to create a repository for future insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related field
- Proficiency in using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Experience executing and analyzing A/B tests within digital organizations
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Adobe Launch and Workfront
- Experience in eCommerce and mobile interfaces
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Background in quantitative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
