What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with customers to provide total support in the manufacturing environment of the Lab
- Enter orders and support order inquiries in the order entry system
- Communicate with sales and lab representatives to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns and achieve first call resolution for inquiries
- Provide individualized customer service while meeting key performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Optical experience required (lab or retail)
- Proficient in a Windows-based environment and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience
