What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and maintain workflow for the Absence team
- Perform auditing and discrepancy resolution activities
- Handle escalated issues related to time off policies
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in absence administration
- Ability to follow specific instructions and resolve complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a lead position
- Knowledge of HRIS, Applicant Tracking, and HR Reporting systems
- Typing speed of a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
