      In this role, you'll spend your days collaborating with sales reps, brokers, clients, and internal teams to deliver impactful absence solutions while driving sales and growth initiatives. From collaborating with sales reps to presenting at broker meetings to evaluating strategic opportunities and managing key projects, you'll be at the forefront of advancing absence management strategies.

      WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

      • Estimated Salary:$123,000 - $170,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
      • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
      • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
      • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
      • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      • Represent Mutual of Omaha at broker and client meetings, delivering presentations and educating partners on absence processes partnering with local group reps and internal teams.
      • Develop and execute impactful sales and marketing collateral, showcasing the Mutual of Omaha absence model holistically across all processes.
      • Lead field office training programs and provide strategic evaluations for continuous improvement to contribute to sales growth.
      • Drive key projects by collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
      • Build and nurture relationships with broker Absence Centers of Excellence (COEs) to foster growth and innovation.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

      • 3+ years of leadership expertise in absence trends and market dynamics, along with strong interactions with sales partners.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven success in client-facing roles.
      • Demonstrated success developing and fostering strategic relationships that drive growth with internal, external and third-party vendors.
      • Self-starter with organizational excellence and a collaborative mindset.
      • Ability to travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license

      • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

      • Absence implementation, operational and distribution experience
