      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and consultation to clients regarding their absence management program
      - Support and train sales teams to secure new clients and maintain current business
      - Participate as an absence subject matter expert in finalist meetings and site visits
      - Lead absence implementations and develop relationships with customers at all organizational levels
      - Analyze claim trends and execute strategies to improve service and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience as an absence management consultant for claims programs
      - Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in disability claim administration and account management
      - Five (5) years of direct experience in the Absence Management industry
      - Ability to travel as necessary
