What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate HEDIS medical record review and ongoing data collection
- Participate in meetings with vendors for the medical record collection process
- Collect and load medical records into the HEDIS application for analysis
- Participate in scheduled meetings with various teams for quality and HEDIS review
- Ensure compliance with preventive and diagnostic services specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Active RN license for the State(s) of employment preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of medical record abstraction experience or 3-5 years of experience with HEDIS audits
- 1 year of managed care experience
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
