What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate HEDIS medical record review, ongoing review of records, and annual HEDIS medical record review
- Participate in meetings with vendors for medical record collection process
- Collect medical records, load data into the HEDIS application, and compare documentation to specifications
- Participate in scheduled meetings with various teams regarding quality and HEDIS review
- Abide by chart abstraction productivity standards and minimum over read standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
- At least one year of medical record abstraction experience or 3-5 years of experience with HEDIS audits
- 1 year of managed care experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active RN license for the State(s) of employment
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
