Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Abteilung Logistics NOR & BRE (3 Teams, ca. 50 Mitarbeiter)

• Übernahme der damit verbundenen Arbeitgeberpflichtenübertragung zur Sicherstellung der kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes

• Prozesssicherstellung der fachlich- und luftfahrtrechtlich korrekten Nachweisführungen für im Verantwortungsbereich

• Sicherstellung der operativen Performance sämtlicher logistischer Prozesse im Verantwortungsbereich (eigen und fremdvergebene Prozesse)

• Proaktives Prozess- und Schnittstellenmanagement im Verantwortungsbereich

• Projekt-/Teilprojektleitung in Time, Cost & Quality Verantwortung

• Wahrnehmung der Personalführung im Sinne der Personalentwicklung, Delegationen, Prozessen und Methoden

• Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung bezogen auf Time, Cost & Quality
  (z.B. Durchlaufzeitenreduzierung, Bestandsoptimierung, Termintreue und Anlagenauslastung)

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Produktions- oder Supply-Chain-Management

• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Airbus-Methoden und Prozessen wünschswert

• IT Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP EWM)

• verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
